Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed the same day when placed before 3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Boca Raton location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
